Precision Illumination Control

The new universal 2-gang dimmer from JUNG is ideal for retrofitting. The present 2-gang switch can be replaced easily with this new unit to allow two lamps, e.g. on the wall and ceiling, to be dimmed separately instead of simply switched on and off.

The universal 2-gang dimmer is excellent for controlling various types of lamps such as incandescent lamps, low voltage or high voltage halogen lamps, etc. It has two buttons which are independent of one another visually as well as mechanically. This allows specific actuation of each load separately. The two channels can also be connected to different types of loads. The universal 2-gang dimmer adapts automatically to the specific type of load in each channel itself. A standard dim-on feature increases the service life of your bulbs. The control is completely noiseless without any annoying buzzing or humming.

The integrated memory function provides optimum convenience: Pressing in the middle of the button, stores the brightness value to which the universal 2-gang dimmer was last switched so that the light can be switched back on at this brightness level the next time. The memory function allows the brightness value for each load to be stored separately for each button.

For particular safety the universal 2-gang dimmer has an integrated electronic short circuit protection so that it does not require its own fuse. It is available in the JUNG ranges AS 500, A 500, A creation, SL 500, CD 500, LS 990 in three colours, Aluminium, Stainless Ssteel, Anthracite and Flat Design.
