Experience door communication in a totally new way

The JUNG company from Schalksmühle sets new standards in door communication – with functionality never seen before and a high level of convenience and ease of use, of course also in the versatile JUNG design.

What was previously only possible through the use of speech scales: “Whoever speaks loudest is heard first”, JUNG has introduced echo-free, simultaneous speech with its door communications system. With unique full-duplex operation (noise and line echo cancellation) through the digital signal processor (DSP), door communication now functions as simply as making a telephone call – with digital voice quality guaranteed.

The automatic calibration to the ambient conditions and network conditions with active suppression of interference noise ensures that the communication is not disrupted by external noise.

JUNG Door Communication Management is also pioneering in a visual sense. The communication system has a 2.8” TFT colour monitor, on which the complete menu runs via an on-screen display (OSD) with touch function. Everything is possible here, from the video and audio settings such as volume, cameral selection, colour, contrast and brightness to the control of the optical zoom and the panning of the clip from the supplied camera image.

Further highlights are the 1.3“ megapixel camera, the 14 real tones as well as the integrated voice memo function for storing individual voice messages. Many other features supplement the portfolio and thus set new standards in door communication – for any requirement.

As functionality only comes into it’s own in the appropriate design, the DC internal stations can be integrated in numerous JUNG design ranges. The DC internal audio comfort and video stations are available in the AS 500, CD and LS ranges as well as the Flat Design. The audio design standard variant can be combined with the frames from the AS 500 and A design ranges; the audio standard version with its neutral design matches any ambience.

To protect the DC external stations against external influences, they not only have robust metal housing and call buttons as well as weather-resistant loudspeakers but they also have safety glass as a cover for the labelling fields. Together with the integrated anti-theft device, higher protection is thus provided as it is only possible to dismantle the device using the special tool provided. A further important point is that the system configuration is stored on a removable chip (EEPROM) – this ensures optimum convenience as a complete reconfiguration does not need to take place when the system has to be changed. The DC external stations are available as flush-mounted or surface-mounted devices. Both variants can be obtained in stainless steel, aluminum and white.
