Switching through touch

JUNG brings new creativity to the electrical installation. With the innovative sensor module, the company from Schalksmühle offers the possibility of freely creating a switch and making it into an individual object. If required, the front can of course be fitted with a photo of the room, with a stylised drawing or text can simply be added. The required background is inserted cleanly and securely behind a transparent cover.

Flexible in function and operation

With its well-conceived concept, the sensor module shows itself to be very user-friendly in practical use. The surface is divided into 16 switching points which can be selected as required and can be grouped into a maximum of eight active switching operations – according to the template which serves as the background. It is also possible to use them all individually as touch panels. Thanks to this variability of function and application, elaborate control tasks can be solved without any problems. Each touch surface is backlit with an LED whose level of brightness can be regulated in three stages. There is therefore no difficulty during operation even in the dark.

The central ON/OFF switching function is also very useful: when leaving the residence or when coming home, you no longer need to press each switch individually. Several functions can be switched with a single touch. Nothing more is required to activate the respective sensor point. The sensor module indicates with a signal tone whether the selected function has been initiated.

The best requirements for a perfect visual effect

The design variants with which the sensor module is integrated aesthetically into the existing electrical installation are as versatile as the technology itself. The particularly Flat Design or the elegant LS Design for example are a perfect match to modern interior architecture. Those who prefer the classical form have the innovative light switch in the LS range, whereby all the material variants are available. Creative freedom is thus not exhausted. With the decorative frames from the LS plus range, there are further attractive possibilities to create a distinctive object for sensory switching.

To make the sensor module compatible with the different frame types, JUNG uses a special retaining ring. This enables any required frame from the four named design lines to be used during the installation.
